Where do you think he'd have a bigger impact? Making about 10 starts where he makes it about 5 innings each or pitching a full season out of the pen, which I think he could do?

I don't know. He certainly looked pretty good for the Phils at the end of the season. I also doubt he would come back to be anything other than a starter. Either way, it's wishful thinking, he's not a real option.

Shouldn't be a surprise since he's like 85%, got back into things slower than most of these guys, and is the streakiest hitter on the planet. He has a sacrifice fly in his only at bat today.
