So he's on the 60 day DL for his TJ surgery.
Once that's done, couldn't they just "activate" him and let him continue to recover on the Suspended List towards the end of the year?
(Im assuming that he was going to miss most all of this year anyways)

So this pretty much gives guys coming back from big time surgery incentive to juice to help with recovery. There's zero punishment.
