What will it take for someone to lose their job around here?

I don't care who it is. At least one head needs to roll. This team is lifeless, and the fear of god needs to put in them. Is one human sacrifice too much to ask?

Does anyone think that if this team underachieves for another month that Lou could get the boot and Ryno promoted?

That's just an opportunity for Ryno to fail. He deserves a fresh season. I'd say Tram.

I have no way of knowing this, but my feeling is that Ricketts might prefer that scenario to waiting until the end of the season and risk rejecting him. That way, Ryno would get a half season under his belt, and if he does well, then it would make it an easier decision to hire him full-time. If he doesn't succeed, then letting him go and chalking it up as a failed short-term experiment wouldn't be the end of the world.

But as straw said, Tram wouldn't be bad either.

This is as bad as it can get.
