I once scared the fuck out of him, unintentionally, years back when I lived on Pine Grove, just off Addison. I came home late for work one night in the spring and ended up walking east from the el a little behind Woo Woo, who had stumbled out of one of the bars. He must have been staying with someone in the apartments off the inner Drive, the backs of which shared the alley to my place. I had my eyes fixed on his ridiculous uniform past Halsted and Broadway, as his lead over me narrowed, the streetlights got further apart, and other people were less prevalent. He started glancing at me over his shoulder before we passed Pine Grove, which encouraged me to pass the front entrance and enter the apartment from the alley, just to fuck with him. I was nearly on top of him when I veered off in the alley, which caused him to halt and brace himself for a much-deserved chop to the Woo-Woo that never came cuz, let's face it, I'm prickish, but I'm not evil.

My brother-in-law gave Ronnie his extra ticket to a game a few years back. I was furious with him that there was a chance he'd be sitting next to us for the whole game. Luckily, he must have gotten a better ticket because he didn't show up. I was sweating it for a while. Can you imagine trying to watch a game with that stinky motherfucker sitting right next to you, screaming for 180 minutes?

That sounds like a great trick to play on someone.

Well...he would have had to sit next to him, too -- or at least one seat away from him. Nobody wins in that situation.
