I'm 100% fine with this. I'm just glad there's an actual plan in place that isn't, "Let's load up on retreads and hope we get lucky." I'm a little tired of that plan.

Boy do we suck with runners at 3B and less than two outs. We should have at least 4 runs.

I love Brenly.

Manny chasing that fly ball like he thought it was going to explode when it hit the ground.

It's hard to imagine just how fun it would be to literally beat the shit out of Woo Woo.
This is not some silly theory that's unsupported and deserves being mocked by photos of Xena.  [Image: ITgoyeg.png]

We'd have the lead if we could execute with a runner on 3B and less than two outs.

And we'd be tied if not for Howry.

Really? You're going to blame the guy that didn't give up a hit or walk? (And no we wouldn't. An inherited run scored on him, but that would make it a 1-run game.)

I knew I messed up when I posted that.

I stepped away for a few minutes. When I came back, the dodgers had more runs and Howry was on the mound. I assumed the obvious. And was wrong. Luckily I didn't meet him in a public restroom tonight...

Charlie Steiner can burn in hell. I'm listening to the game on the radio and here's his call of Baker's at bat in the 7th.

"Baker steps in. The pitch. SWING AND A DRIVE!!! AND THIS ONE IS LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG GONE!!! --no!! It's off the wall and it will only be a triple!"

Fuck those guys, and the fact that Reed Johnson kills us, is demoralizing.
I hate my pretentious sounding username too.

I have no clue how Baker's shot didn't go. I can't remember seeing a shot like that not get out. It hung up forever. There had to be some kind of huge gust of wind.
