dont look now but ramirez is over the mendoza line and added a couple of home runs agains the dodgers. Too late, but if he really heats maybe even he can be traded...

Ramirez is hitting close to .400 in July and his homers are starting to come in bunches. What was his deal for the first three months? Was it really his thumb?

Probably a combination of age and injury, last year's and minor ones like his thumb, taking their toll on him. A lot of older players seem to suffer from slow starts year in and year out. Whatever the reasons, hopefully this helps his trade value.
