#1
Cards call up Aaron Miles so maybe now he can start earning that cash the Cubs paid him last year.

Considering that we can't beat the Pirates, I don't think winning the Central was ever really a possibility.

So the band KISS is going to win the NL Central?

Aaron Miles coming up from the minors could very well provide a bit of a spark if he's 100% healthy and coud give them late-inning options. I seriousy doubt they're going to start him... How many utility guys do the Cardinals have now, anyway? Seems like at least 3 on the 25 man, but I could be wrong.

Of course their idiot fans gave him a standing ovation first time up. God I hate St. Louis.

Wow. They're pretty liberal with their standing ovations in St. Louis.

They wanted a curtain call from Ankiel after each of his first 20 or 30 home runs once he came back. And they gave one to Spiezio a couple of years ago too after his substance abuse problem.

Wonder what might happen if Wrigley supported their team like that
