Why would they let him pitch with the injury limiting his ability? Clearly, the injury has been hampering his ability since late April. At least fans now can blame management rather than doubt Jakes pitching

Schedule was strange this year with lots of home games early - when fans were limited - so there hasn't been many home games with large crowds.  Plus, not many home games in either June nor July this season. .

Baez sat last night too with the thumb thing, and Bryant is probably day to day after getting pulled last night, but who knows.
