I think it depends on what you mean by staff.  Baseball-side should be yes.  Business-side should be no.

That would have been a real letdown had they not won it all. 98-49 for the regular season. Just ridiculous.

And from that, there is a 50/50 chance the Cubs won't renew their affiliation with Kane County. They could be looking at South Bend Silver Hawks instead.

Looking like its all but confirmed that the Cubs won't be renewing Daytona as quoted by the owner. Carolina league is looking like the destination with Myrtle Beach the early favourite.
