Another HR for Bryant.

I have a feeling we'll see Bryant at Wrigley before we ever see Baez.

I kinda agree. Makes a bit of sense considering Bryant is 11 months older.

Alcantara 7-5 today with a triple and 3 RBIs on a 13 inning game. Baez just 7-1 with an RBI on that one.

Um, those sound like records.  And physics-defying.
This is not some silly theory that's unsupported and deserves being mocked by photos of Xena.  [Image: ITgoyeg.png]

We kind of have a logjam at 3B. How do you think a path will be cleared for Bryant? Or will he be moved to the OF?

Logjam? Why do you think Olt has locked anything down?

Olt, Bryant, Baez, Vitters, Villanueva, Candelario are all potential candidates (emphasis on potential)
If Angelo had picked McClellin, I would have been expecting to hear by training camp that kid has stage 4 cancer, is actually 5'2" 142 lbs, is a chick who played in a 7 - 0 defensive scheme who only rotated in on downs which were 3 and 34 yds + so is not expecting to play a down in the NFL until the sex change is complete and she puts on another 100 lbs. + but this is Emery's first pick so he'll get a pass with a bit of questioning. - 1060Ivy

I can't seeing anyone at this moment other than Bryant who is the future 3B

So we're excluding Baez based on 55 ABs at AAA?

Olt, no, he can be benched or traded. I was thinking more of what to do with Villaneuva at AAA. (I believe the braintrust has said they want a player to get some AAA ab's before being promoted to the majors.)

Olt could move to LF or be traded as you said, and Baez is athletic enough to play another position if necessary. I think things will work themselves out one way or another if Bryant forces the issue.

Yes, having too much talent isn't a problem with this team.

If you think this year is bad, wait til' next year after Spellcheck is traded. Baez and Bryant probably will need a year or two to realize their full potential.
