There's like a 0% chance of that happening. If you recall, in 2007 MLB signed a deal with DirecTV to be the exclusive provider of Extra Innings, which only ended up not happening because of threatened Congressional intervention. When they ended up working out a deal with most cable companies, it was based in large part on carriage of MLB Network, which I think is what Dish balked at.
