I prefer Extra Innings because I'd rather watch the game on my TV, but I get MLB.TV in order to put a day game on at work when possible, and to watch the handful of games which aren't on Extra Innings (including getting around blackouts). If you're OK with watching a ton of games on your computer, MLB.TV is a reasonable alternative.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
I work from home now, so getting MLBtv probably wouldn't really be that important to me...right? The only plus would be if I was traveling and wanted to watch a game when out of town....not sure it is worth the money.
I probably will stick with the Extra innings package. Maybe I will get gameday audio though that way I can listen to games that aren't on TV or when the Cubs broadcast isn't available.
