More than anything, I feel like why even have a farm team if we're not going to utilize the guys that we produce from it? It's so obvious that Gaub should be given a shot as a lefty out of the pen. Maybe he still will and it may even work out well with Marshall starting as Ruby suggested and Gaub/Grabow coming out of the pen. If that's the plan, than I'm ok with signing Grabow. I just don't see a reason to spend so much on a bullpen arm. We do still have Gorzelanny in the mix. To me, I think Gorz, Gaub, and Marshall should all be in play to fill one starting spot and two bullpen spots. We don't need any more lefties than that.
