I don't think Lou's to blame for this season, but I think he's more to blame than Hendry. Hendry put a team on the field that is substantially similar to last year's team that had the best record in the National League. To the extent that they did not perform up to expectations, I think that's more on Lou than Hendry, since Lou is the one who's supposed to make sure they do perform.
That being said, I don't think it's Lou's fault -- certainly not to the degree that he should lose his job.
