I don't know, I think I'll have to side with Manny having a much better career. Manny is one of the best hitters ever, whether or not part of that is because of PEDs is a different discussion but he has had an amazing career.
Sosa had 4 absolutely ridiculous seasons for sure and was good a lot of other years too but he was nowhere near the long term consistency of superstar that Manny is/was, at least in my book.
That said, if you throw PEDs out they would both easily cruise to the Hall of Fame. But with the way sportswriters are and the fact that they have both been tied to use, I wouldn't be surprised if neither got in. However if only one does, it will be Manny.
