Piniella has to be canned

Am I the only one who looks at Piniella after every game and sees nothing but a broken man who is completely lost and exhausted and appears to be waiting for his time here to come to an end? I know there's only so much that he can do to motivate the team, but damn if he doesn't just look the part of the lifeless figurehead of an equally lifeless team. Just an observation.

And ruby is dead on regarding Lou's influence over the roster. I tried to make that point early on in this thread as well.
