That was a smart move. Gregg has pitched really well against lefties this year, much lower batting average against and a much higher strikeout rate.
His slider really has been awful this year. Seems like he throws an absolute meatball hanger with it 2 or 3 times every time out and the HRs are piling up. Other than that he has been pretty good but he either needs to get that pitch right or stop throwing it.
