When did this douche Ed Sherman start a sports blog for Crain's? I guess I must have missed it when the Trib gave him the ax along with Downey and other sportswriter hacks.

Mr. Plesac also is funny and entertaining, with a "lefty" sense of humor. He will be a good addition to the MLB Network.
As for other broadcast news, still no word on whether Darrin Jackson will move to the Sox radio broadcasts on WSCR-AM 670. DJ was pushed off television to make way for Steve Stone.
