Considering the Cubs graduated two top 100 talents last year and traded one away (one fringe top 100 too), I'm not surprised they fell that far. There's some big time break out candidates in the Cubs system that could push them back into the top 10. Keep an eye on Robinson Lopez, Reggie Golden, Ben Wells, Matt Cerda, Hayden Simpson, Matt Szczur, Logan Watkins, Jae Hoon Ha, Nick Struck, Austin Reed, and Austin Kirk. Those guys making strides can really give a boost to this system. That and I do believe the Rickets will be spending on the draft and international FAs.
