That could very well be the case and I am not saying he didn't. All I am saying is it is illogical to think that he is still using PED's when they test for them.

The test for a select few PEDs, there's plenty of things that one could do and not get caught.

There's also masking agents. Either they happened to catch Manny Ramirez the very first time he loaded himself up with enough fertility drugs to put the Octomom to shame, or he didn't use the correct dosage after getting away with it for years before that.

There's been blood tests available for it for decades (to detect for people with growth problems, etc.), they just can't use blood tests because of the CBA.
