Nationals are getting Melancon from the Pirates.

Not that he'll be missed, but they may well have to cut Papelbon sooner or later, because I'd expect he'll be a bitch about this.

Remember that Papelbon only accepted the trade last year with the understanding he would remain closer.  I've seen where it's been said that he was told about the deal and said he understood, but he's a professional malcontent, so I'll bet he's bitching within 2 weeks.

Couple days ago the twins sold high on Eduardo Nunez, sending him to the Giants. He has been returning to earth as of late, so I'm hoping this move bites SF in the ass.
