Soler since he has come back from injury:-

8 for 17, 1 2B, 3 HR, 5 RBI, 3 BB, 4 SO

He could slug it out for the Smokies until September, then get a call up to the majors or go to the AFL or both. What's important is for him to get as much game time as possible.

I'm not too sure about getting as much game time as possible.  He has shown that he can hit, he doesn't need work on that.  He has also showed that he can't stay on the field.  If, and its a big if, he makes it all the way through September with no more injuries I think you tell him good job, take the winter off from playing and start working out with a trainer of the teams choosing on flexibility.

They will have him play in the AFL to make up for the lost time so that he's closer to MLB ready because he's eating up his contract time.  That's a foregone conclusion so long as he's healthy at that point.

I noticed that Bryant and Baez weren't in the lineup for Iowa in either game of a DH. I am assuming they are already in MN for the Futures Game, right?

Baez also showed he could hit at AA, but up against better pitching has struggled which he is fixing with a few adjustments. Soler hasn't shown anything above AA, so come September he needs to be seeing better pitching which he will get in the AFL. More game time against better pitching to work out what adjustments he needs rather than more time off. His MLB clock is ticking away.

That Baez interview was... Awkward.

Yep, the answers about his mom were odd. And Bryant had some awkward swings in his ABs as well.

Baez 2R HR. Give Bryant a fist bump on the way around lol.

Baez just hit one out.

What was impressive about that was it was a decent curveball he hit it from.

Nice coverage of the HR assholes. I thought it was a replay of 2013.
