The case of Garber v. Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, which may determine the future of televised baseball, could go to trial next week. Have no idea on the merits of the case given baseball's antitrust exemption, but the NHL recently settled a similar case. I said "many" not "all" so don't quite see how my statement is even possible to prove or disprove. Anyway, the more time you spend on Twitter it gets harder and harder to tell the trolls apart from the troglodytes.
