I know the Cubs had really bad ST's in 1984 and 1989 and won the division. *shrug* I don't think they were 1-15-3 bad, but significantly under .500.

Yep, aside from Boy Oswalt their rotation is a joke, and that team is old as fuck. I don't put much into ST, but yeah, 1-15-3 is BAD.
