Ramirez to have MRI
#1
Rotowire says it was mentioned on ESPN 1000. They also said that Bobby Scales is already in Chicago just in case.

We should just DL him that way he is 100% when he comes back. We don't need him coming back now and reaggravating it.

I agree. Even if he comes back, chances are he won't be 100%. We've already rushed a few of our people back too soon, so I hope we don't make that mistake again.

Not going on the DL.

Any word on when we can expect him back? Sure could use our best hitter.

I sure wish Lee would also admit that he isn't healthy, and be the leader that he's supposed to be. He can't hit and lately he can't field either.

Yeah he wasn't taking healthy hacks at all tonight, and as I said, he didn't get to a play he should have yesterday. He won't admit there's a problem though, that's just how he is. He wants to play. But it's clear he's not 100%, so it's time for Lou to step up and tell him he's taking a few more days off. We have over 5 months to go in the season, don't comeback until you're 100%.

He is out of the game again today. We should have put him on the DL and called someone up...who cares if we can't use him until the 10th, at least he would be 100% by then. We have been playing shorthanded on the bench for a week now, is it really worth it to continue shorthanded to get Ramirez back maybe 5 days earlier?

They said he'd be ready this weekend, so that's a week earlier. I don't want our best player out a week if he doesn't need to be.

Unfortunately having our best hitter back won't make the rest of the lineup hit.

So... you'd rather him sit out even if he's fine? I don't see your point.

My worry though is that he won't be 100% and will reaggravate it and then be out another week. Plus, playing shorthanded has meant we have had to use pitchers to PH.

If he's not 100%, I absolutely agree. They said he looked, and is feeling much better yesterday though, and that he's going to be ready to go this weekend. I hope they're sure of that though, yeah.

What are the chances he plays today? How did he look during his AB yesterday?
