Fantasy Baseball Advice Thread

Is Jason Bay ever going to start hitting some home runs or what? I'm getting impatient with him and a guy in my league is looking for OF help. I also have Kemp, Crawford, and Victorino in the OF, and a combination of Berkman, Konerko, and Swisher for the 1B/Util spots. I hate selling low on a guy like Bay who has done much better in the past, but 3 HR and 24 RBI halfway through June isn't really cutting it. What's his deal?

I've been offered Manny and Kelly Johnson for Kinsler, as a starting point. Hang onto Kinsler in hopes of a big second half or go ahead and pursue this deal?
