Went to the game Friday....

We sat in the upper deck... we had some rain, but not enough to stop the game. Harden just didn't look sharp at all. Both the girls got a ball from Marshall during BP... which is really cool because Marshall signed my son's BP ball two years ago... a genuinely nice guy... a group of college kids got kicked out behind us... that was fun to watch.... there was a really scary old lady sitting in front of us... she dressed like she was homeless but wore this fishing hat that had cubs pins, etc completely covering it.... she attacked a couple of cardinal fans and tried to get their Cubs mugs (gave away that day)... then she proceeded to annoy a father/son that sat in front of her for the entire game... Theriot's grand slam made me and the love 'o my life go crazy... what a moment.... the kids LOVED singing at the end of the game. I have to say, as usual, Wrigley was the best part of our trip. Too bad it rained so much, but a good trip overall. Had a GREAT view from the Hyatt at McCormick... and a great rate too. Daddy like... daddy like long time.
