Yeah they keep shortening his rehab stint. Lou must be pretty desperate to get him back in there. Originally they said 5-7 days, then they said Thursday through Sunday and now its only Friday through Sunday.

It is pretty stupid to rush him back after only 3 rehab games, but then again it goes right along with how this season has been.

Well really the only reason for a rehab is to get their timing back and get some game experience in so they don't suck when they first come back. Since our team already sucks I wouldn't mind if he came back with no rehab at all. Its not like its more dangerous for his shoulder playing games here than it is in Peoria. Grady Sizemore just came back from a long injury with no rehab.

Well, according to Hendry, the Cubs need to see what they have in Ramirez before they make any moves. So his plan is to get him back ASAP, see that he's not ready to go (he won't be), then make a deal for a bat?

Who knows, this season is going down in flames.
