There is no next year
#1
certainly not this year. it's over my friends, time to pack it in and start thinking about the future. personally, i think things look real bleak. i think lou hangs around for one more year and he's done. i'm predicting 3rd place or worse.

Doesn't Lou have an option year left? If so. I think he is gone after this season. Bring on Sandberg.

I know I'm sounding like a broken record, but I hope Ricketts cleans house. Top to bottom -- including players.

I want Lou gone after the season, and I want him replaced by BB.

I have a feeling Brenly wouldn't take the job.

Let's bring in Stone to be the new GM. And then we can chop my body off at the dick.

I read that Lou's option was guaranteed earlier, if he wants to be back he will be.

It's not over. I'm not predicting the Cubs will overcome the Cardinals, but it's not over.

I think we are in line for a new GM also.

I like Hendry but I wouldnt mind a change either.

yep, hendry is done. that's fine. he tried and he failed. time to give someone else a chance to fail.

How can you say that Scarey? We are not better than any of the teams that are ahead of us, that makes it real hard to make the playoffs.
