We won the game today 9/11/09

At our current pace, we'll win about 84 games this season. That's one more game than the 2006 World Champion St. Louis Cardinals won during the regular season.

Something about that makes me feel really ill.

If the Cubs win the rest of their games and the Cardinals entire team plus a good portion of their AAA team is killed off by a terrorist attacks within the next week, the Cubs could make the playoffs

The Rockies just don't lose. They scored 4 runs in the 9th to win 4-1 last night.

It doesn't matter anyway, there will be no postseason for us regardless. But a Cards collapse is still the least likely scenario for me.
