Tons of Brewer fans - near Cardinal-esqe magnitude - in attendance. Even started a couple of Let's Go Brewer chants.
It's the 8th inning, Cubs have given up runs in back-to-back innings. Grey gets called up to the big leagues in time to give up 2 runs in the 8th. LaTroy Hawkins has just gotten 2 quick outs and it's 2 strikes against Baker. The heart of the Brewers order is slatted to come to the plate in the 9th.
Well, we all know how the story ends. The 4 run rally. Marmol slamming the door on the win. Great Cubs victory!
In other words, there were valid reasons for folks to begin leaving Wrigley.
Luckily, some didn't and saw a great Cubs come from behind victory.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Doesn't the presence of all those obnoxious visiting fans just make the outcome even sweeter?
