Carrying a .150 hitter in ARAM and a .220 hitter in Lee is just killing us. I'd be more than happy to see Tracy give up an error if he also went 5/15 in the series. PITTSBURGH handed our ass to us... this can't continue <!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Tracy is in Des Moines . . . and it's a stupid-ass idea anyway.

Tracy had ONE good game all season. He isn't an upgrade over anyone, and wouldn't be a difference maker even in his best days, which are way behind him.

Anyway ARam has a mysterious injury that sidelines him for 2 weeks and allows him to go to AZ to work on his approach at the plate?
I got nothin'.

Fuck me. I was about to post this very thing in the game thread. He needs to rehab on some AAA pitching. BP isn't helping him.

At the very least, he should be hitting in the 7 or 8 hole. His glove has been pretty good.

Taking lots of BP isn't turning this around. He needs to see the kind of pitching that he can use get to work whatever is going on, out...timing or whatever. I think it would be great right now if there was something for him to swing at that falls in between BP and major league pitching.

Obviously there's still an issue with him taking instruction from Rudy.

Actually, I think he's looked bad in the field. He's starting to take his struggles into the field with him. I think he definitely needs a timeout today.

This stuff about Aramis not listening to Jaramillo is overblown. Lee pretty much made the same comments about being "his own hitting coach" a week or 2 ago, and no one even batted an eye. The local media is making something out of nothing. He will get his act together eventually, but by that time it won't matter in the grand scheme of things.

It's the quotes from Rudy that are most concerning if you read between the lines.
