I'm usually the last guy to pile on, but this was just a spammer. His site is OK, but it looks like it's built by an amateur and he's trying to sell it as professional. Without acknowledging themselves as scouts or anyone who's working for them, it's just them ripping off data from other established sites.

I'm sure they'll get a few bites from the hundreds of sites they put their link on.

These guys are posting the same thing at different MLB forums all over the web. They are the door-to-door salesmen of the intertubes. Things wouldn't have gotten so gang-bang-y, but they persisted to wedge their way inside the door feebly asserting that we're the jerks for not wanting to be solicited.

Yes, we could have taken the high road and just ignored them, but that's not our specialty around here. We're internet nerd-bullies, after all.
