It's totally Cub fan of me to see the negative in his explosive debut to pro baseball. But damn, dude is going to get a big head if he doesn't struggle a little bit from time to time.

He did strike out twice in 20 ABs, so he has been humbled a couple of times. I don't know anything about college baseball, but his numbers at IU are fucking outrageous. 341 .437 .607 for his career.

I bet Law still thinks there's nothing that should be taken from Schwarber's hot start.
FWIW, he has thrown out two runner's from behind the plate today.

Vogelbomb tonight for Dayton. He seems to be heating up a bit, although it's been a bit of a lackluster season so far. Villanueva seems to have taken his demotion to Tennessee well. Through 28 at bats he has an OPS of 1.026.
