It seems like someone has been coaching him to back off on the comedy. As an analyst without the schtick, he's not terrible. JD still doesn't need the help. Someone at Marquee just doesn't get that it's the conversation between Len and JD that makes their broadcasts special. The rhythm with the third person is just broken.

Agreed. Hopefully it's just growing pains for Marquee, but it's been a rocky start.
