If they think that is how he would be most helpful to the team AND that he would be more helpful than others, I don't see a problem with it. I don't think he has anything else to prove in the minors really, so I see no problem with promoting him.. I just hope they aren't planning on t his being a permanent move which I'm 99% sure they aren't.

I read somewhere that his success this year has been built on something like a really low BABIP and a really low home run rate, or something like that. Things are not sustainable.
But what about his previous two years, where he was awesome in every respect? I don't think he's a future star, but I agree - he looks like a future starter to me.
