I'd say if he's still keeping the walks down by June, you can start getting excited. He's always been known as having good stuff, but bad command. He's done very well so far though.
Also, I've heard his velocity is way down. Before he had Tommy John surgery he was an upper 90s guy. I'm hoping he can at least hit 91-93 consistently. If he does that and doesn't walk guys, he should be a pretty good starter. His curveball is one of the best in baseball.
