Which is why 1 and 2 should get a bye.

Next year it should be 6 teams in the playoffs as 8 is far too many in a 10 team league. 1 and 2 get byes.

I think the top points total for the year should definitely get some money (starting next year of course). Point total is a far better indicator of how good your team is than these total bullshit crapshoot playoffs.

The league I've been in forever basically splits it. Half the money goes to the top 2 or 3 points totals and half the money gets split between the super bowl contestants.
