Maybe they can...maybe they can't. It's a risk. I want Ricketts to keep his eye on the ball. Attention is zero-sum. I don't there's such a thing as multi-tasking. There's just juggling. This is another ball to juggle. The question is whether this distracts attention from where it could be better spent.
Serving the commissioner, the other owners, the television network, the advertisers, the corporate guests...all these masters must be served when hosting the ASG...and he starts with a facility that's not ready for that task. What he does to the facility needs to be informed by well, none of those influences. If he does what he needs to do to Wrigley, it will become ASG friendly. But that's not the same as how the ASG goal could influence those changes.
