If not they replayed it in the last hour.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
It is actually around the 3:30 time slot, and it is a very good interview so far.
I was a little disappointed to hear that Ricketts isn't considering hiring a baseball executive to replace Kenney. That is the one downer I've heard so far. He also mentioned that he wants to balance the quantitative side of talent evaluation with the more old school way of running things, which is interesting. He doesn't sound like a hardcore Sabremetrician.

That's more than a little disappointing.

Nah. They're going to bring in someone else to do the baseball operations side; Kenney can stick around, but he'll be handling the business side. The new person will just have a different title.
A recent MLB.com interview had the best, most encouraging quote from Ricketts. When asked whether he ever considered buying another sports team, given his immense wealth and sports fandom, he responded: "No. Just the Cubs."

From all the interviews I've seen, heard and read so far, it would appear that at least for now, they don't plan on hiring a true head of baseball operations. The chain of command would be Ricketts>Kenney>Hendry for the near term. Ricketts did mention that they wanted to hire other executives to round out the staff, but hasn't elaborated beyond that.

And that's where I'm speculating. I think he's going to bring in someone above the GM level to oversee baseball operations (from a baseball perspective). Just my speculation. Oh, and it will be Sandy Alderson. Again, just my speculation.
<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Alderson's name has been linked with Rickett's and the Cubs for quite a while now I believe.
