Exactly. He has all this job security, and yet every OTHER GM the Cubs have had who made the playoffs 50 percent of the time, put together a team that nearly won 100 games within the last 12.5 months and was over .500 for three consecutive years was IMMEDIATELY fired when they dropped to only 5 games over .500. What a double standard!
