The Grindhouse (theatrical) version omitted the black & white scene where Stuntman Mike stalked the 2nd group of women, the excellent lap dance scene, and I think there was another bit of dialog between the cops at the hospital that was taken out as well. To me, it changed the entire flow of the film. Those were all great scenes.
