Because there are no better options.
Because there are worse ways a player can conduct himself, like shooting himself in the leg, driving under the influence, punching cab drivers, "making it rain" in strip clubs, etc.
You can pick one of those, I don't really care which.

His OPS isn't even the problem you have with him. You're obsessed with the way the guy conducts himself.
So he's not a model citizen. He's still is the best option the Cubs have in right field next year. Do you really want to make the Cubs a worse team because he Milton Bradley cries from time to time?
