exactly. believe it or not, i typed it that way on purpose, because even though i knew it didn't really make sense, everyone would still know exactly what i was saying. and you do know. you get it big time, you just don't want to admit it.

I believe you did it on purpose, but that doesn't mean it makes sense.

And I don't believe Cubs fans are masochists. Masochists enjoy pain. I don't enjoy losing in the slightest -- I do believe that all the suffering will make winning it all (if it happens) that much sweeter, though.

Have you decided that you aren't a Cubs fan anymore? I don't really understand your point of view on this. You sound like you're being critical of Cubs fans for sticking by their team in spite of the lack of trophies. Isn't that who you are?
