It had nothing to do with being smart. The fact was he either took things out of context or just didn't get what I was trying to convey; that's not necessarily his fault.
I'll touch on some of the points now.
Arlington, is known as a hitter's ball park. I was saying that he only hit 22 HRs there, his career high, that is not very impressive and doesn't speak well for one's power hitting ability. Additionally, he has only 11 HRs to this point in what is also a hitter-friendly ball park.
I think his switch hitting numbers have been covered enough in this thread to say that he currently is a sucky switch hitter.
I'm of the belief that you NEED to get production from your RFer. By production, I mean a guy who drives in runs. Milton is not that guy. I don't need a light-hitting OBP guy in RF when I have guys like that at SS, 2B, CF already.
