If Hendry already KNOWS he isn't going to offer Harden arbitration, if it's already a done deal, then why would he give up a prospect AND saving money, all so he can get ripped a new asshole from the fans when they don't get anything for him in the off season? If they know they aren't offfering arbitration, this was their "get out of jail free" card, and they decided not to use it?
