Personally, I don't think any of us has any idea what the market will be like. It SHOULD be totally down, but then again, you have the GM who loves to cry poor, KW, drop 120 million on 2 guys. This winter will be very interesting.
And Ace, to answer your question, even if Wells doesn't continue to be our best pitcher, there is no reason to think he can't be our 4th starter. That would leave us with a wealth of possibilities to fill out the #5 slot.
