The Ramirez Shoulder

Does anybody else expect Aramis's injury to become more of a problem the more he tries to play? Or am I the only one freaking out? Should they DL him and try to give the shoulder more rest, and then hope for a miracle chance to make the playoffs next month? It's bad enough to have two starting pitchers on the DL right now. But if we lose Aramis, this team can't possibly win the Central or even the Wild Card.
