If you want to send The Hoff down to AAA, by all means, do so, but don't pick up Giambi to justify doing it. Or do you really think he'll drastically improve upon his .697 OPS? Or, for those wanting him as a situational LH stick, his .641 OPS vs. righties?
A change of scenery, you say? His OPS on the road this year, away from the pitching-favorable McAfee Coliseum: .615.
