Yeah. Their home record coming in was just half a game better than our road record. I'll be happy with any win we get, especially on the road. I'm quite excited about this win.

Yes, the Nationals are 16-27 at home and the Cubs are 17-25 but the National also have an even worse record on the road 10-35.
The Nationals have lost 62 games so far and are on pace to lose 114 games this year. Plus the nats are averaging almost an error per game - .95 errors per game. They are not a good team.
The Cubs may not have been good so far but they have no business losing to the Nationals.
It's baseball so anything can happen but this is the type of series - against a weak opponent - - that the Cubs need to win to get back into the swing of a playoff hunt.
